I looked this place up prior to heading there, they had good reviews so I figured I’d proceed to try them out. I went to get four mount & balance. A young man greeted me soon arriving and pulled me in. Well he was having issues getting my old tire off the rim alone. Soon two other young men pulled up, they came in to help with the process. They went from one tire machine to the next, both machines weren’t working correctly. So writhing 20-25 mins another gentleman pulled up, I was like ok maybe he will be able to do it seem the machines are making a scratching noise. Well needless to say this shop scratched up all four of my rims. I asked the young man does it happen often? He stated yes with bigger rims like this. I asked them why didn’t they just say that from the beginning? I got no answer. When I said something about my rims being scratched up by their machine, they then said all they could do was “paint them.” So be careful if you have 20 inch rims or bigger because this is definitely not the place to get the work done at. I will post pics below. I didn’t go into full detail because it’s too much to type. I have 21 inch rims on my suv
